100 Day!

This afternoon we celebrated the 100th day of school with lots of math activities around the number 100! 

We made crowns decorated with 100 things.

We counted 100 toys.

We put numbers in order both concretely and on the iPads.

We played games by rolling dice to add up to 100, and by finding numbers that were out of order.

Hé ho!

We have been enjoying learning about voyageurs this week. We even got out to try snowshoeing!

A big thank-you to our guest readers Mme Lisa, baby Nora and Mme Fio who came in to read with us during our last week of I Love To Read month.  We really enjoyed having them in our classroom.   We hope that they will come back and read to us again another time.
